This punching bag stand can hold up to 60kgs of weight & up to the length of 5ft boxing bags, with additional weight plate holders, this bag will stay in place during heavy boxing bag workouts.
Lastly, this stand is manufactured with 3 bolt plates, allowing you to secure your stand to the ground if required in the future.
